The Pygora Breeders Association Offers Information about the Pygora Breed, its history, how to register Pygoras, lists breeders in their directory, and much more. This is a National Organization and if you own or are interested in the Pygora Goat, you will find it helpful to visit this site.

EasyGo Farm: Alpacas, Wool, Products
Easy Go Farm, located in Hillsboro, OR and owned by Linda & Barry Bolewiez raise beautiful Alpacas, offers Alpacas and Crias for sale, Alpaca fiber, and wool from their very nice X-bred sheep. EasyGo Farm is also listed under Farms on the Oregon Wool Growers Association site.

Goose Creek Farm Pygora Goats
When first beginning on the Pygora adventure we bought our buck from Dee Rhode of Goose Creek Farm. Dee gave us what we asked for, a great buck who has gone on to become a Grand Champion. Not every farm we began with was as straightforward or trust worthy. Dee is a breeder with integrity you can trust. I try to follow her example, but am one of those people who are not sales oriented or good at it, even with our wonderful goats and kids. Dee breeds exceptional goats and great bucks. Even the little wether bought from her last Fall could have been a very nice buck. His doe sister has turned out very well with beautiful fiber and excellent conformation. Dee is a breeder you can trust.

Cormo Sheep Breeders Association
This site was helpful to me when seeking a breeder of Cormo Sheep. It lists Cormo Breeders in the United States and has other information about the breed. The Cormo has the finest wool of any breed of sheep and great staple.

Hawks Mount Ranch Pygoras
Hawks Mountain Ranch offers a large choice of Pygora kids. There is a lot of valuable information on this site as well. One of our first does, HMR Sparkle, was purchased from Lisa Roskoff. It did take some time to be-friend Sparkle, but she is now among the sweetest goats in our herd. Lisa also breeds Icelandic Sheep. Her fiber and goats have won many awards. Lisa probably breeds over 100 kids a year, so if you know what you are looking for Hawk's Mt. Ranch offers a large choice of kids.

Stone Haven Farm
Stone Haven Farm is owned by Brook and Lois Moore, located in Halfway, OR (Eastern Oregon). The farm has a fine herd of Shetland Sheep and sells Shetland wool, roving, and other products. Brook & Lois are members of the Oregon Wool Growers Association as well and have a very nice Farm page on the site.

Jacob's Sheep Breeders Association
This is a very informative site for anyone who wants to learn more about Jacob's Sheep, their history, and efforts to save the breed. The site also offers a list of breeders and products from Jacob's wool. The site has a picture of some very formidable looking Jacob's which I'm suspecting are rams.

Rolling Hills Farm: Jacob's Sheep
Our first two Jacob's wethers were bought from Rollling Hills Farm. Wandering around the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival to decide what type of sheep to purchase, fell in love with Sue's Jacobs. Sue has an award winning herd of very fine Jacob's sheep, breeds for fine wool and style and has Grand Champions to prove her success. Rolling Hills Farms sells lambs, Jacob's wool, products, etc. It is a very nice site and worth a visit if you are interested in the Jacob's breed.

Peppermint Psstures Pygora Goats
Darlene has a really nice herd, a great buck and several promising young bucks.

Underhill Farm in ME: Pycazz and Pygora Goats, Sheep, and Angora Rabbits
Underhill Farm is located in ME and so is an excellent resource for people interested in Pycazz (Cashmere-Pygora crosses)or Registered PBA Pygora Goats. Fomerly called Cashpygora, we are in the process of establishing this unique and beautiful fiber goat as its own breed. Jenny bought some great breeding stock from Bryn Hollow Farm, both Pygora and Pycazz. Jenny also raises sheep, Angora Rabbits, spins, and offers products for sale.

Caprivitis In Australia: Cashmere Breeding Cross Project
Caprivitis has a similar cross-breeding program to the Pycazz, although there are no Pygora goats in Australia, Denny has crossed Cashmere with fine fleeced Texas Angora Goats and Cashmeres and is then crossing the progeny back to either Cashmere or Angora. His goals are to produce cashmere fine fiber and elinate the guard hairs. He has also built his own dehairer for a fraction of what these machines cost when purchased. This is a great site with lots of innovative ideas.
